Pay with any accepted bank, credit or debit card, or bank transfer in the KROOZ app. A cash option exists, but we don't recommend it: features like Stop & Wait may not be calculated on cash trips, so drivers lose money.

A nearby KROOZ driver picks up and delivers. When it's done, rate and tip your driver — a summary lands in your SMS or email.

Cancellation fee applies

Cancelling a pickup

If you cancel after your pickup has been scheduled or a driver has been dispatched, a cancellation fee applies based on the vehicle type ordered. Cancellation fees are non-refundable.
